Access logs
When you load this website the web server of our hosting provider automatically records technical data. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

Purpose
Delivering the site, diagnosing errors, and defending against abuse or attacks. Legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention
Server access logs are retained for at most 7 days and then deleted automatically, unless a specific incident requires longer retention for investigation.
Hosting provider
This website is hosted by a web-hosting provider based in Germany. A data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; all processing takes place on servers located within the EU/EEA.

Purpose
Responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing or entering into a contract with you.
Legal basis
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given via the required checkbox). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@verzano.com; withdrawal does not affect processing performed before withdrawal.
Retention
Your enquiry is kept as long as needed to answer it and for a reasonable follow-up period (usually up to 6 months after the last exchange), unless a contract is entered into or statutory retention obligations apply (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO — up to 10 years for commercial correspondence tied to transactions).
Recipients
Your submission is transmitted via SMTP to our mail provider for delivery to our mailbox. No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.
Altcha proof-of-work
To prevent automated abuse of the contact form we use Altcha, a privacy-friendly proof-of-work challenge that runs entirely inside your browser. Altcha processes no personal data, sets no cookies, and contacts no third-party server — the challenge is generated and verified on our own web server. Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR
This website does not set any cookies. It does use your browser's local storage to remember your preferred language (EN or DE) under the key verzano_lang. This is technically necessary to render the page in your chosen language and contains no personal identifier.
We do not use any web analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, social-media plugins, or third-party CDNs. All fonts, scripts and styles are served from this domain. No request from your browser is ever forwarded to Google, Meta, Cloudflare or any comparable third party while you use this site.
